Memory Dump Crash

Playing a game in 3d mode. I get the memory over use saving game kick me out thing. So I have to restart the game. It has saved all the stats of the players and the score. But we are back at zero innings played. I have to start a new pitcher, because my original pitcher is not available, and all my players show their at bats but the game is restarting as if nothing has taken place. This happens every time that I crash during 3D game play.
