How to manage the training?
Hi.
For three years in my backup, I discovered the tab "training", and I tried to see what I could do - now, it's a real disaster, my players, young, no evolve more and the older ones only regress very quickly. My trainer is a very good coach, I pay quite expensive for that, and I feel like I was fooled by my manipulations (a bit risky) all his good work. How can I make my training come back "by default"? Or would you have any advice so that I can do it for myself? (Although I would prefer this part to remain automatic, but I think I saw that there was no option.) How can I do ? Thank you, and sorry for my bad english. |

You can return the training to AI control from the Manager Options screen (under Manager in the top bar) - under Team Control Settings, change Setting Training to Assistant.
If you want to try doing it yourself, the main thing to remember is not spreading out the special training attention (the checkboxes) too thinly - you don't want the bonus number (in parentheses after Assign Player) much lower than 10-12. It generally works best if you give the younger players who have a lot of remaining potential the most extra training. |

Thank you Jeff, indeed the assistant resumed his work!
And thanks for the tips on manual training. But I do not have much desire to train them myself. |

That's what my trainer does, can we say it's a great job? I was glad he was going back to work, but if it's to do that sort of thing, are you advising me to change him?

Based on what Jeff said I don't think that is going to work very well.

I am guessing the X under the Level means they are at the wrong team level and need to be brought down or I guess the same goes for the Minors? X in the minors means they need to go up?
I really wish the Manual said this. |
