Crashed creating a baseball card

Has anybody have a crash while creating a baseball card? Not trying to make a card from the Mods collection. This is a card from the games creators. The original reddish one been in use for years, now. Twice this morning, with different players, soon as I clicked the button to "create baseball card", blammo. Game is gone. Not shrunken down into the task bar, but just gone. I created cards for the whole team first. Then, a roster move left a player new to the roster without a card. I went to make one for him and that was it. Restarted the game and there was his card. But, why did it crash the game in the first place?

Just tried to make a card, again. Again it crashed into nothingness. I've now set the auto save from once a year to daily. This way I don't have to replay the games that are lost when it crashes. Hope these problems are fixed soon. If you've been getting crashes, consider setting the auto save to daily.

This happened twice to me today. Build 29. Mac.

It's still crashed with the newest update, 33. Just had it happen.
