2036 season
slowly working on it every other week is now 6 work days and naturally no one wants to actually work so short staffed as usual oh well 20 more years.....
Schedule announcement for 2036 Bantamweight and Light Heavyweight Jan 4 2036 Start date Heavyweight and Featherweight Jan 5 Middleweight and Flyweight Jan 6 Welterweight and Lightweight Jan 7 I will be putting the fighters into the groups starting with Bantamweight and most likely simming it out and post the results on a weekend as I take the time during the week to post the results online of each group and setting up the finals (weekend) and posting the new standings and records. Starting TODAY the 2034 season will now be found in the archived section of the respective division. Not an easy quick task I am doing and I applaud some of you doing EVERY division in boxing for your sims but 8 divisions works for me as there is just no way I can do all 16-17 divisions for my uni way too time consuming and too much work for me to even attempt it. 2036 Season Update
here is the deal. I elected to change work assignments and now I am working a 10 hour schedule m-f (on most occasions) and getting off earlier than what I have bene. HOWEVER these 10 hour days do start earlier and it is messing up my schedule and now the company has announced that my new department will get a weekly bonus of $150 on top of the pay check and of course its an easy +150 no early clock out no clocking in late 40 hours blah blah blah,. So with this and plus me getting more tired now after the 10 hour work days, I have decided to TEMPORARILY SUSPEND the ZBL effective immediately. I still have not finished writing up the the bantamweights nor have I even started the box off/super series. I will announce when it will return but for now i'm taking a break from it sorry all.

ZBL update
my 12 work shifts are coming to an end not because we are slowing down but it is because of MEDICAL reasons. turns out I am an a1c 14 raging diabetic AND have a 150+ BP the latter combined with the heat in the open environment warehouse has giving me SEVERE dizzy spells including falling down a LOT (no injury yet) so after a meeting this past week with HR it was determined that I move back to the plant where I started and had ZERO problems with dizzy spells and what not (unless I was really sick) the people in the warehouse are happy (they hate me) and the plant wanted me back three months ago. I expect to move back not this week but next so that means that I will be able to restart the ZBL sooner than expected and will post when it happens.

2036 Bantamweight (and personal update)
https://zyberianwarrior.wixsite.com/...urrent-results
upsets abound in this one folks. Now for personal update I am back at the plant at my old job (set up tech) now working 1st shift 630am to 3 m-f 6am-230p on saturday (which we will be seeing a LOT MORE OF) my medical issues are improving on BP medicine and that has lowered my BP to a decent area (they wont tell me exactly though) the diabetic crap is also lowering (which is good) and not getting that many dizzy spells anymore (still have a few minor ones but whatever) I go back in for blood work on Thursday (vacation day at work for me) as for the Saturday's we are having trouble getting people in (big surprise) plus a machine literally caught fire about two weeks ago on 3rd shift that machine can make over 5000 fans and now that is in manual mode its less than 3000 (pending on who runs that machine) I will be resuming the boxing with the light heavyweights probably going tonight and may have the results up by Sunday then its heavyweights (which some of you are looking forward to especially me now that Ali is in the world group). The bantam weights had a few surprises making it interesting. |

My brother was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with an A1C of 12. His doctor prescribed Janumet and it brought his A1C down below 6. One side effect was he lost almost twenty pounds.
When I was working I had dizzy spells and got put on BP meds so I know where you're coming from. Cap

hi all update time
swell been a long while with no action in this universe so let me get everyone up to date first i am no longer with lasko when i went back to the plant they refused to pay me the setup wage of 14.86 and instead of paying me 14.06 as general laborer. medical issues popped up especially that damn mask blew my respiration rate to 70+ (always hated that bull****) so after a few months i left them and started working at a plant 2.5 miles from my house and 16.30 an hour until my left eye went out which was about 2 months ago might get my disability request outcome on monday (we'll see)
now for the boxing league (i see josh warrington with a tko win) it is still going and i need to see how far i got in the light heavyweight group. after thinking about it for a few days i am going to make that style report the last one and instead just do a summary of the two year season noting the new champ top records and retirements etc...no more breakdown by group in the division. In fact looking at the Light heavyweight group the format will change with that one (there wasn't much in it) I'll post it when it gets ready (maybe tomorrow) |
