Is Personality Ratings evolving ?

Hey,

I've search some info on this topic but can't find my answers.

In the manual, it's says : "Personality ratings aren't exact".

So I guess :

1. It's more or less accurate given your scout quality ?

2. Is personality rating can change along a player career ?
a) If yes, is it relative to a better scouting ?

b) or the player skill increased ?

3. Can a leadership skill "Normal" can become a "High" one ?

4. I can't find the rating "desire to win" among the others five personality rating (leardership, loyalty, greed, Intelligence and Work ethic). Is it remove from the game ?

Thanks.

Personality ratings, as I understand, do evolve over time to a certain extent. And can be influenced by morale among other things.
(I don't have a firm grasp on the details here so hopefully someone else can fill in with more information.)

I don't know if scouting has any effect on our perception of a player's personality. I suspect probably not.

As for Desire to Win, this is one of the behind-the-scenes personality traits that players are rated on, which includes things like adaptability, handle success, handle failure, handle critics. These interact with the big character traits you mention above to form a player's full character and I believe that how they interact is one of the main drivers for changes in basic character. (For instance, a player who doesn't handle failure well and has a high desire to win but spends a lot of time on a losing team can see their other underlying character ratings fall- say something like leadership potential, for instance- as a result. Or at least so it has seemed to me from experience playing the game.)

You can find all of these character traits by going into commissioner mode and then clicking on the editor tab in each individual player's profile.
