Play at the Plate openings

Play at the Plate is a 24 team modern fictional league that began in OOTP13. We we move quickly with timely sims and a half decade in-game every year.

PatP just wrapped up the 2023 season and is looking for new owners. This is the last season in OOTP15 before the move to OOTP16.

It is currently unclear how many openings we have, as with me taking over as commish a few extra owners may be leaving the league.
