Back at ootp 2006 there was a league template I downloaded from somewhere that was called tigerfan-something (forget exactly). It had the PCL as an independent league and some semipro leagues all based on mid 1900's times. Any chance that was yours ?

And if it was any chance this league you are talking about might be set up like that template?
