How long for the PP Redeem Key to activate?

How long does it take for the PP Redeem Key to activate after you make the purchase? I am well past 30 minutes and think maybe something went wrong. I entered the code they sent me exactly as written but it won't work.

Did you get an e-mail confirming the purchase.

It usually does not take this long.

I did not receive an email but I did receive a redeem code on the purchase screen. I copied that code in but it did not work.

In the code one part of it reads "I8" but the i looks more like a T with the line on both the top and bottom (I hope that makes sense). I can not make the character it shows with my keyboard and I am wondering if that is the problem.

If the redeem codes contain characters that can not be copied that is a serious issue and oversight...

Might have to e-mail fastspring or support.

This seems odd that you were given a code but no e-mail.

I got a support ticket going so hopefully they can figure it out, needless to say a disappointing start to my PT journey!

And my team in Iron League was supposed to have played its game an hour ago but its still "simulating". Appears there are a lot more bugs than you would think...

It's usually extremely quick, but I have had a couple times that went well over a few hours.

My league is over 3 hours late on the sim now, thinking OOTP has some server issues going on.

You should try shutting down the game and restarting it.
