historical league rosters

Since the major league quick start has included full organizational rosters for the past few years, has OOTP considered using them in historical leagues? Since the rosters are already in place, why could they not use those so that a historical league from last year would include real minor leaguers??

OOTP Historical is a bit of a different animal. Players would most definitely be promoted/demoted enough to make a hash of it all. Still, I'd like to see it as well.

I just want historical league to include owners and coaches, been working on 1999 for over a week now.
