Player Personalities

I started a historical game in 1982, the year I started to really get into baseball. I have noticed that the vast majority of MLB players have very low ratings for every personality trait. This includes players that you would think would be hard workers, loyal, intelligent players. For example, Cal Ripken, Jr, George Brett, Dave Windfield, Robin Yount, etc. In fact every single player on the Major League level for the Yankees, Red Sox, and Orioles has very low for every single trait. That seems like a major flaw.

I only noticed because my players kept complaining about team chemistry so I checked to try to rid my team of lazy players and noticed that they all were rated very low.

Anybody else notice this?
