historical finances and draft
Are they improved at all for OOTP 11?
I found out basically in 10 that the game turned into what players to cut to get just below budget, and then sign cheap free agents. If you tried to keep your players, you were way over the budget. Is this still fundamentally broken or has it been adjusted? About the draft--because the players were majors-ready, I usually had the draft either before the season or before the beginning of next season. How do you all handle those two issues? --adam |

Maybe you just need to change the setting from "Owner decides over budget" to "all revenue available."
To me it seems realistic that you cannot simply keep all your players. This is how it is in real life baseball. Sometimes you have to let players go to stay within a budget. But if the budget is too low for your taste, you can change that. |
