historic players
Im just double checking to make sure this is right.
Im in my 1989 season and traded for randy johnson. Now my scouts are telling me he is not this good. Will he get better with time or do i have to make some adjustments?I see some players who i know will be good get bad scout reports so im not sure if i sould get them or wait until they start getting good but then i wont get a great trade deal if i wait. |

Depends. i dont have X yet but i think this would be the same case as in previous versions. If you are using recalc option then yes he should automatically mirror his performance in real life. Unless something happens like a major injury.
If you have the recalc option turned off then there is a more what if scenario. He may turned out worse than the real Johnson or even better. If you want to mirror real history then recalc is the better choice. Keep in mind you may know what the players should do and this could influence your drafting or trading strategy. |
