Team captains -- Do you only need one?

Team captain seem to do a good job of steadying a mood in the locker room.
Can having more than one on a roster make a difference, or is the affect put in play by just having one and any more beyond that is negated?

I like to have more than one especially when it is a veteran who may not play much. I have a decision to make here as Steenbergen has lost his job.

Wow, I really like that skin. Man that looks good. Easy on the eyes... as can be seen from screenshot my OOTP19 didn't look like that.
