Can't reinstall game!!

Trying to reinstall game and it says my license is invalid. I am pretty sure i typed it in correct..thanks for any help

Make sure you downloaded the correct version of the game. Fastspring or esellerate. It also better to copy and paste the serial number from the email than it is to type it in.
