Veleno is under 20 and under contract with Detroit, it is safe to say that he should not be on this list.

Actually, Veleno's the only one that should be on that list, the others don't qualify for the 2020 LNAH draft. The LNAH drafts without regard to NHL rights or contracts; e.g. Zach Fucale was picked in the real 2017 draft. But it should only be drafting players from Quebec who'll be 21 or older at the time of the draft, and I don't know why you'd be seeing their draft list as the Vancouver GM. We'll take a look at the save.
