Historical replay question

Hey guys.

I want to start with the 62' Mets, starting with the roster they drafted. From then on in I want players to enter the draft in the correct years they were drafted (if possible) but not go straight to the club that drafted them, if that makes sense?!

Also, what are the best settings to have to allow the game to determine how their stats pan out across their careers?

Thanks!

If you want to start with the opening day rosters start a historical season at 1962, if you want to draft the team yourself start with 1961 sim the season and take over the Mets as soon as they are listed as a new expansion team.
Players who never played in the majors will not be available for drafting, only players with ML experience. You can set it up so who can have players that debuted with the Mets to automatically go to that team or set up a draft and you can draft whoever you want. each year it will be players who debuted that season using the default DB. If you use a Spritze dB they will come in around 18, usually when they were drafted.
Turn development off and the players should pan out close to how their actual careers went, if you leave it on, Dwight Gooden could become the best pitcher of all time or the worst. i leave it off for historical replay.
