Lower scoring
I would like to know which settings i have to change in order to lower the total number of runs scored...
I am setting up a fictional English Baseball League and i would like the average number of runs scored per game to be around 5 runs.. I have been playing around with changing numbers in the 'League Totals' I lowered the Hits to .950, doubles to .940, Triples to .930 and Home Runs to .920...But not sure if this is the way to do it.. Thanks in advance... |

Reducing hits will reduce BA and you can also reduce BABIP manually. You see such reductions in low scoring environments. Check to see that DP are accurate and set the modifier to make it accurate. DP reduce R/g. Check that GB% (which is actually outs) is around 52%. You could also increase defensive influence in the engine.cfg file.
