How to make a Latin American High School Feeder League?

Has anyone had any luck making a high school feeder league in Latin America without having to manually enter the cities and countries? The game seems to put all the teams in Mexico and Brazil and a few other smaller countries not known as baseball hotbeds. I'm looking for a proper feeder league that includes the staples like Cuba, Venezuela, Dominican, etc.

Add a new league to your game, make it a college or hs level. Be sure to set no to create players and 0 to scheduled games.

Also, Make sure you select the country and or region you want this league to represent.

Once created, go to the league's settings and go to rules, then add this league as a "feeding into the league" that you so desire.

Once it is affiliated, then create players and add schedule. The players will be created based on the current player creation settings of the mother league.

Rinse and repeat.
