Special Card Sets

Hopefully this is the right forum to ask this question.

Usually when I log into OOTP XX Perfect Team, I am presented with a description of a special card set, for example today I saw a Father's Day set with George Sisler, Ken Griffey Sr., and Mel Stottlemyre Sr. among others who had sons who also played in the majors. I am presuming that these are card sets I can actually buy; however when I log into PT I can't find the sets--just the usual offer to buy bronze, gold, and diamond packs. Am I missing something? Usually I'm not all that interested but my two teams are built of players from the 1960s and earlier so I'd like to pick up Sisler and Stottlemyre. Mel I can pick up via a normal auction (and pretty cheaply at that) but George seems to be unavailable at any price.

Set just means that this and that bunch of cards is newly introduced. They do not belong together in any form, and they have the same chance to be drawn from packs as any other historical card of the same rank. If there's no Sisler on the auction house, then, well, nobody's put him up there.
