Can you reschedule the All-Star Game, if you delete it?

Can the home team and away teams be switched using the schedule editor?

I did something stupid... again.

I wanted to change the home team in the All-Star Game, so I go to the schedule editor and delete the game, thinking I could select exhibition game and reschedule the game.

No.... the schedule editor only gives the choice of league teams... no All-Star teams are listed.

I read the entire manual dealing with editing schedules and it doesn't cover my problem. There was one mention of rescheduling the All-Star Game, but it didn't say how it could be done.

Is it possible to reschedule an All-Star Game this season after you delete it?. The game date is still the date of the All-Star Game.

Will the game automatically schedule an All-Star Game next season even though I deleted it this year?

I hope there is a way to fix this.

Please help.

I guess I'm the only dummy whoever deleted the All-Star Game.

All of you guys are too smart to do it.

I guess I will just have to accept that I missed a season.

Did you have an All-Star Game scheduled the next year?

I just hope that deleting it this year won't have an effect in the next season.

If you delete it, you have to live without for that season.

It will regenerate for the next season as long as you have the option to "Hold All Star" game checked and "Automatically Schedule All Star Game". (Not sure you need the 2nd one checked).

Best thing to do, as soon as the preseason starts, look at your schedule and make sure it shows up as well as in league events.

Then check the schedule log to make sure it's on the correct date, and not when there are other games scheduled.

After that, you'll be fine for ensuing seasons.

Thanks for the help, bluenoser.

Much appreciated.

I almost did this. Should be an option because if you forget to reschedule it, it ends up falling on an odd time and there's no forgiveness with fixing it.
