What month will there no longer be any updates?
I am looking to purchase this game but have a few questions. I always get excited when we have new updates and I am wondering when the developmental cycle for fhm3 will stop and you guys will be focused on fhm4. Also how often during the update cycle will there be updates? Will it be like ootp where we had one like every week? I am just trying to figure out how much better the game can/will get. If a developer can tell me what the plans are for this version of the game and maybe any future plans i'll be very excited to hear. Also for those who are playing the beta how do you like it and are there any major problems now that would prevent one from enjoying the game where its just unplayable? Trying to decide when to get this game but want to play now so probably will order today. Thanks guys.

I can't really give you any answers about updates seeing as how the game is not even released as of yet. I doubt the developers can either at this point. OOTP Developments put out a number of updates for their games after release - Any game breaking bugs that I Witnessed which appeared were patched rather quickly as well. If FHM2 is any indicator, the last update for it was done in April 2016 when the game released in September.
If you're on the fence, there is no harm in waiting until release. OOTP typically allows a window for a refund (if purchased straight through them opposed to steam) but I am unsure if it applies during beta.

Here's a comment that touches on your question that Sebastian made yesterday:

I can try and answer your other question....I own the game and have been playing it since day one of the beta release. Haven't gotten serious with it yet, still learning all the options and such but I can already tell its something I'll be playing throughout the year and have had a good time so far. You can look at the beta feedback forums as to what kind of issues/suggestions are being made, most of them are minor and the developer has been very receptive to the feedback and have already released an update yesterday.
If your a hockey fan and like career sims, to me its a no brainer...my two cents. |
