Ball parks fictional

Do each team get a different stadium in fictional leagues.

I don't think so. It's been a while since I started a fictional league. You can assign 3D stadiums to the fictional teams. There are a number of fictional stadiums made and many real stadiums that can be used. Go to the 3D model forum for the stadiums and how to install them (silvam14 tutorial).

I think it depends somewhat on what you are actually asking here.
The game will create parks for fictional teams. By which I mean that there will be a name for the park and the park will have its own individual characteristics, ballpark factors, ballpark dimensions, etc.
But as micropterus58 indicated, the 3D visualizations of the ballpark will just be the generic OOTP stadium image.
Also as micropterus58 said, you can choose a park from the many great options offered by modders and just import the entire thing- 3D image as well as all of the details referenced above- for each team in your league. Or you can also just keep the name and all of the characteristics of the park that was already assigned to the teams and just import in the 3D image of any real-life park or other park that you have imported from a modder's creation.

I will say that one trick for me has been that when I move my league from one iteration of the game to the next, all of my ballpark 3D images that were imported in from modders don't make the journey and it is necessary to go back and find and import them once again. Which admittedly sometimes I just don't do out of sheer laziness or my not great level of tech savvy. In which case I usually just find a real-life current stadium that seems to make sense and choose that as the image that shows up in 3D play, even if the ballpark dimensions and factors don't line up with the factors for the ballpark that was created for the team by the game (or the one that I have chosen and imported previously for the team.)

(Since it has been awhile that I have been playing my fictional league, I just quickly created a new fictional league to test things and based upon that I believe that what I have said above is the current reality in the game.)
