Photo images not displaying

Photo images loaded from the Photos file are not loading properly in OOTP 20. When I import a custom player photo, the image does appear when you first click on the player. However the image disappears when you exit the player page and re-click on the player again.

The image does appear in the player flyout consistently.

These same exact photos worked correctly in OOTP 19 and 18, just does not appear to work with v20. What am I doing wrong?

The way I fix this when I add photos to the photo folder is to go into the players profile, in play picture set it to auto-reload picture. Also make sure the photo itself is named with the proper format.

are they by chance the same name as an original file of teh game and you recently re-installed for any reason? even just re-install of default data could cause it.

if the same exact name as a file that comes with a game and located in same directory, i.e. replacing one, it will be copied over during a re-install of the game or the default data option.

this will be easy to rule out.

i don't dink aroudn with images much... but make sure itsresolution is allowable in the correct aspect ratio or anythign else the manual may mentions in that regard. i would expect it to just skew images, but it may be picky too. just depends on arbitrary choices by ootp.
