The Angels beat the Blue Jays 12-3.

Paul Molitor went 3 for 4 with a pair of RBI as the Jays beat the Angels 7-2.

To illustrate how tough this season has been so far, it is May 7th and Bill Johnson, Toronto's starting catcher, just got his first RBI.

Back-to-back home runs by Ken Phelps and pinch hitter Jose Alfonso gave the Jays the lead in the 8th and they turned it into a 9-6 win over the Mariners.

Paul Molitor also homered.

After coming from behind to tie it up in the 9th, the Jays fell 5-4 to the Mariners in 11 innings.

Rob Rasmussen hit his first homer of the year.

A two run single by Lee Yandell in the SIXTEENTH gave the Blue Jays a 6-4 win over the White Sox.

Walt Terrell was a big reason for the win after pitching five scoreless innings in relief.

Rex Palmer was ejected after voicing his displeasure at a 3rd strike call.

Lee Yandell was on fire, going 4 for 4 with a home run and 5RBI, but it was in a losing effort as the Jays fell 10-8 to the White Sox.

Dave Stieb struck out 12 and allowed only one earned run but was credited with the loss.
