in an attempt to answer the fisrt question.

did you make sure it was set to a number of rounds?

you could always hold a june 1st draft.

set the number of rounds, change the draft to june 1st and it shopuld generate ams. but if you try and switch back to a offseaqson draft the ams will become FA's so you are stuck with a june draft for that season

or you could gotot a backup and try again.

Its pretty sad when we have good for nothing F***ing moderators who ban people that are trying to get things solved and then won't step up to get issues solved. Its things like this that worry me about the future of this "game".
