Skins folders

How do we un-pack/un-zip the skin folders so we can see the image files such as trophies and awards icons?

Also, I thought deleting the skin.bin file would do the trick, but deleting the skin.bin file causes that skin to not work.

Every year we have to wait until the skin folders are posted somewhere so we can download and put them in that folder you mentioned. It hasn't been done yet. I'm waiting for them too so I can put my custom award icons back in the new version.

I hope the skins can be added to the Add-Ons Central soon since it looks like they're in Steam Workshop. I like to edit out the 'promote' and 'demote' arrows on the Rosters & Transactions screen.
