i type in the code that i have from when i purchased 00tp 21. it is an amtpo
code but so far no luck. i do capitalize

Just copy and paste the code.

As we mentioned in one of the threads, make sure you paste in the entire license, dashes, capitals, etc... all exactly as you receive it (make sure if you do copy-paste that there are no extra spaces at the front or back). Also important to enter the serial number, NOT the order number.

If you still have problems, make sure you follow all the instructions in this thread: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=311478 and you can always go through the help desk if you still have issues, to make sure you're looking at the right code.
