Historic Players without Missions

Is anyone else seeing an enormous increase in the amount of historic players with no active missions in packs?

Side note - will there be any new missions this year?

The last batch of new content is supposed to be released tonight. FWIW, in PT20, all the historical cards without missions were given one in the last content drop of that game. However, in the Discord, Kris has warned on Discord not to expect too much from tonight's content drop.

Yeah that is surely a joke.

Really hoping for something like the TotD set and then can just start spending all the PP I have on packs.
