Can I control "EVERY" team?

Hello

I want to start a league but I want to be in charge of playing the games for all the teams, control all their roster moves, decide who they sign in the off season, etc.

Is this possible and if so how do I set it up?

League Settings, center column, 2nd choice from bottom - "Set all teams to controlled by your manger name"

How do I get it when i play one of the games on a day for it not to sim the other games on the schedule. Cause even though I control all teams when i play one game on a certain day it simulates the others
