Why can't I shop Fleury & Neal

The option to shop Fleury & Neal is blacked out on the Vegas team

They either have a No Trade or a No Movement Clause in their contracts so you won't be able to shop them.

I know Fluery has a no trade or movement clause for sure. You can't even send him to the AHL. Neal I was unaware of.

He has a modified NTC, he can name an 8-team list that he can be traded to. I haven't figured out how to handle those partial NTC's yet, it'd be a resources nightmare to have to maintain a bunch of individual "I will/won't play for these teams" lists for individual players. But I'm hoping to get them at least partially implemented in the near future.
