Any way to make the announcer sound less robotic?

I have Ootpbb 17 and the narrator sounds like a female robot on drugs. Is there any way to adjust this so it's not so robotic?

The Text to Speech feature uses the Narrator in the Microsoft OS. So, the voice has nothing to do with OOTP. The Narrator in Windows 8 and 10 is much better than previous versions.
