Is there a way to set the age of the players in the initial league setup?

Wondering if there is any way in a historical league initial player draft to have the available draft players set under a certain age?

Example, don't want the initial setup to have like Babe Ruth come it at 35 years old. Want all the players to be between like 18 and 22

Others have asked and the responses I have seen has always been "no". Someone once said you could delete players from the initial draft and they will reappear later but I don't know if that is true.

Straight vanilla historical or radical random debut historical?

With random debut there really isn't a way to do this. Players ages are staggered, so you don't end up with a huge logjam of young players and no retirements.

What period of baseball are you looking to replay with random debut?
