FTP_UPLOAD_DIALOG error

I co-commish a league.

I have confirmed the path for the reports are correct and when testing those settings I can success messages.

When I try and create and upload the reports using the create and upload reports tick box I get the following message when the process attempts to create the archive.

FTP_UPLOAD_DIALOG::create_archive - could not open target file

I have set the upload archive, unpack manually option.

If I change to Upload files one by one this will work and start uploading to the server but takes an enormous amount of time I think.

Any solutions to the FTP_UPLOAD_DIALOG::create_archive - could not open target file issue?
