Change To Unfilled Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tournaments
We have made a change to how tournaments are handled when not full.

When a timed tournament (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) is not full when the start time hits, it will be converted to a quick tournament.

What that means is the timer will not reset an hour or a day, it will remain as a quick tournament and will start as soon as it fills (just like a quick tournament)

So ex. the Weekly TWIPT tournament is 3 teams short at 8:30pm start time. The tournament will convert to a quick tournament, 3 teams join at 9:15pm, the tournament will be full and file creation will start immediately
