The WC races in each league are really good.

In the AC, five teams are within three games of the WC, which also has a two-way tie for the 2nd WC slot.

In the NC, another five teams are chasing a two-way tie, but two are 5.5 and 6.5 games out.

Me neither. Well, except for the Renton Warriors who also have an -11 pythag right now. Weird!

Then there's my Clippers who are 21 games below .500 after 6 straight seasons of 85+ wins which included my two best seasons with 90 wins each which happened to be my previous 2 seasons. Now we totally suck even though I made no changes. I realize the competition may have improved, but surely not that much so it seems like a really bad year for multiple players (mostly pitchers) all happened at once.

Edit: OK, this is really crazy. Your Seals are now -12 pythag. Anyone else see one this bad before? Even in solo play I don't remember one this bad. Your team could easily be a WC team if it weren't for bad luck.

I'm 9 games out of 2nd place with a pythag record that is 11 games ahead of that team.

So we have 2 divisions now with all teams over .500. I've never seen that happen before (this late in the season). My Clipper ship sunk to the bottom this year, but I can't imagine things will be this bad again next year. We still might get relegated, but somehow I doubt that will happen.

Just got a MASSIVE boost. 3 game out of the wild card, but JD Martinez just had a 10 RBI game and I picked up 5000 PP. Need to see how I can best improve my team with 26 games left.

Nice! I just won a game against Durham 18-0, but it looks like I just missed a bunch of different top level achievements in it. Still netted me about 1800 points, but nobody even had more than 4 RBI in it. Even if we had achievements for them, almost everyone in the lineup scored a run (8/9) and almost everyone got an RBI (8/9). Heck, 7/9 batters even had a walk. I needed 2 more runs to get the 20 mark to push 2 of the achievements up to the next level. Heck, nobody even had a 2-HR or 4-hit game for those ones which are the "Easy" ones to wrap up.

2 games back now and I am taking a chance on selling one of my better starters to get enough PP to get a GREAT starter.

Shoot, sold my guy and now my target had already been sold. Have to settle for my 2nd choice.

6 teams within 2 1/2 of the last wildcard spot.

Just rallied for 3 in the bottom of the 9th to move to within 1 of the WC. *back to back walk off wins now*

5 wins in a row, 1/2 game out now and just 4 1/2 out of the division. Just won the 1st game of a 3 game series against the leaders.

I have no idea what the hell is wrong with my team.

Well, the Clippers finally started playing well, but way too little, too late. It's our 1st losing season in 7 years.

Good luck to the rest who are still in it (and still paying attention!).

3-11 in the last 14 games. All I had to do was go .500 to make the playoffs.

Good luck to everyone in the playoffs today, and thanks to all of you for your efforts to keep this league going week after week. It has been a blast and I hope to see all of you again in the next round.

Good luck to everyone in the playoffs and will be seeing you around the Diamond level going forward...and in OOTP 20 starting next week.

I have 2 Diamond teams and I CLEARLY picked the wrong one. My other team had 100 wins and I am in the WS now.

If Both were 50 points or lower you can have both in the league. In perfect mini whale someone has 3 teams in the league. All 3 did not make the playoffs but it was competitive nonetheless.

The other team won the Diamond WS, so they are up to Perfect now for my 2nd chance up there.
