Agreed, but it wasn't clear to me if it was server resources or network bandwidth that was the real bottleneck. I don't believe they said one way or another.

Since there are times things seem to work as designed, I think it's fair to think it's less bandwidth and more resources. Matt, I think it was, said that one of the changes OOTP was going to make was change the process of how boxscores were handled - since the server folks were having problems sorting the tens of thousands of files created each day.
