Is there a way to change the team logo in custom mode

In your "saved_games" folder, go into the saved game you want to edit, then in the "gaphics" and "logo_teams" folder. You can substitute any team logo for whatever PNG image you want. I don't remember the right size, but I think it's 150x150.

And by the way, if you want to design custom jearseys with your new logo, this is a very useful link.
