Yes, in the <ETHNICITIES> section, the line after your new Israeli one must be:

Since it seems like you guys have it down I was wondering if you guys can make a step-by-step extractions of how to install the name sets and I was hoping that 1 of the OOTP team members could pin it for the Benefit of the whole community. Maybe start a new thread called step by step instructions for namesets and as new new sets appear they add links to them

Rosco, can you send Andreas or I the Israeli file you're wanting to use?

Andreas can add to the OOTP19 installer. Then we can test it and deliver it with the first patch next week and you can just copy how it's set up for other sets.

This is a good idea. I'm not sure that I can commit to wrangling and updating all of the name sets, but will happily expand on my previous post with screenshots and such.

So there is also a Hawaiian nameset on this thread, but how has anyone handled that in the past? Hawaii is a state, not a country, so it's not like we can give a particular state an ethnicity...

There are two ways, I think.

First one is to remove the state of Hawaii from the US, add a nation of Hawaii, adjust all leagues that create players from USA to include Hawaii at a certain percentage. This seems like a huge PIA and you will have the separate nation.

Better option: Add Hawaiian ethnicity, add Hawaiian to the ETHN_PCT section of the USA nation entry. Actually, this is the way to do it. Don't use option 1 at all.
