Still importing from last year, been waiting in the first day of free agency for 2 weeks for OOTP19 so I can continue. Can't wait to continue on, but looks great so far!

Looks great!

1. Simmed a complete first season on a standard new game with all international leagues included. On a pretty fast PC (i-7 skylake 6700, 16GB DDR4, GTX 1080), it took ~ 12 minutes using default settings. Is that as expected?

2. Holy Randall Grichuk! That's all I'll say on that.

12 minutes seems a bit long... maybe you could try to add an exception for OOTP in your virus scanner.

Edit: Misread that, I thought it took 12 minutes to create the league. Simming a full season with all leagues will take that long on a fast PC, yes.

Played a one game repeat of the 2016 World Series. Simply gorgeous! Players and animations are even better than I expected from video!

One compliant. A groundball was hit to the pitcher and he threw to second to start the double play. What's the issue? The pitcher was Jon Lester. He should have thrown his glove.

Seriously, this is the OOTP I have been dreaming of. Thanks to the developers for all their hard work on making this amazing edition of the game!

Interesting, I didn't even notice that for all the hundreds of hours I've spent fine tuning the rosters

ZIPS definitely seem to like him! Not sure if I should do a little toning down or not now...

1. Honestly, the sim speed varies way too much per machine that there's no "expected". I've got it somewhere on my list to have a look to see if there's more places we can speed things up.

Using the center mouse button to go back is already a nice new feature. 3D gameplay looks nice, new scouting reports look good. So far so good, havent even started to dive in yet though

Markus I have bought every version of OOTP since Season Ticket Baseball and I have liked every version even 2006.5. But this year you have out done yourself with these animations. It reminds me of Earl Weaver baseball only on steroids. Thank you for keeping my old 67 year old brain active with all the stats....Rick

Anyone know: 1) When OOTPmods dot com will be up and running with OOTP19 stuff? (jazzrack is probably swamped I know) or alternatively whether 2) OOTP18 mods will work in OOTP19?

I can load up OOTP18 mods through Add-Ons Central, but not OOTP19 ones. Trying to get all the historical ballparks stuff. Thanks.

Neither are complaints or suggestions of a problem, just initial observations/questions. As for individual player ratings/performance, no strong feeling about it -- I was just surprised to see him win an MVP award! Maybe he learns a thing or two talking to Josh Donaldson about backspin and hitting position. :-)

After playing my first game, I can only say I absolutely love the new 3D animations! They look so smooth and real, it makes playing all the games so much better.

Thanks for this new version OOTP team, this is the best baseball game ever!

BTW this is one of the reasons I love working remotely, I can play some games while I'm still working

We're currently working on getting the OOTP 19 mods hosted, but that will take a couple of days...
