Setting Lines in AHL/ECHL

I am playing Soapbox with both GM+HC with Toronto Maple Leafs and when I go and try to set up lines in AHL or ECHL it won't allow this. How can take control of my AHL/ECHL teams?

I used Assistant Create lines and they are messed up. Please help!!!

I believe there is a boxes to check in the manager page that lets you take control of your minor league teams.

Yup tried that and it still won't let me edit lines! And there is an option for ECHL and i click on it and then it clicks off
