Make up games issue

I can post this in two threads: one in "bugs" and the other in "suggestions for next year"...

When scheduling a makeup game, I noticed that the game needing to be rescheduled, with Team A as "home" was placed on a date when Team A was AT Team B ... so a double header, one with Team A home and the other with Team B home (at their respective stadiums). Not possible! (Bug forum)

Also, as I'm playing in 1946, I've set the schedule for all DAY games, but the reschedule is at 7:05. Any way, other than noticing and manually fixing it, for OOTP to only schedule day games? (Suggestion forum)

When we reschedule at the other home, you'll note in the Boxscore that it actually takes place at the correct stadium. So if Cubs at Dodgers is rescheduled for the same day that the Dodgers play in Chicago, then the makeup game will still be Cubs at Dodgers, but in Wrigley Field.

Except that for much of baseball perfectly equal numbers of home and away games is not realistic. (That's one of the unique things about baseball as a sport, teams sometimes don't have the same numbers of games played, or the same number of home and away games, due to postponements. OOTP at present still does not recreate this key aspect of the sport.)

Yes, the "home team bats first" rule that MLB implemented in 2007 for certain make up games. The issues for OOTP in regards to it are: (1) the rule started in 2007, so it should not be used in years prior to that; (2) using your example, MLB counts the game as a home game for the Cubs since it is played in their park even though the club bats first. The attendance for the game is credited to the Cubs, since the game took place in their park.
