Steam Workshop - Where the hell are my files?

I have subscribed to a few items in the steam workshop, and they downloaded, but I cannot find the files anywhere

Either

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Out of the Park Baseball 21\data

or

C:\Users\username\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21

what if they're in both?

If you go to mdin settings in ootp and look up the path wherever it points the main user data directory so any add-ons should be going to that directory.
