Is it possible through mods to create a list of names and photos for fictional players

Here is what I was thinking:

I am a huge nerd. If I am going to have fictional players show up, I want them to be super fictional.

I would like to be able to build a mod that, if ever the game is going to create a fictional character, it can grab a photo and name and use that. The rest of the stats can be randomly generated after, I'm interested in just having, for example, the full cast of Game of Thrones show up in my free agent pool (even if some of them suck that shouldn't). I know this would not be everyone's cup of tea, but it would certainly tickle my fancy to put one of each pokemon in the league and suddenly have Pikachu pop up in my draft.

I am a software dev by trade but haven't had a lot of time to delve into how the game works and what I would need to do to mod it. Anyone know where I would need to look?

To be clear, I know that there are ways to create name sets. I suppose im trying to find out

1) Is it possible to make sure a certain combination of first and last name happens.

2) how do I connect a picture to that instead of a facegen?

Alright so update as I document my progress of going in blind. At work at the moment so i can't actually explore these items...so if I don't get answers ill try and deduce when I get home

I believe that what I could do is replace the OG Database file, right? Just replace that with a database made of fictional characters? Then I would just need to have images in the pics folder that matches those characters. So couple questions:

1) When a new game is created, does it copy ALL players in the root database? Or just the ones that it needs? Then when a new season starts, does it go BACK to the root database?

2) Is it possible to have the game just point at the new, fictional characters database? That way I don't HAVE to use fictional characters when I start a new game.

3) What information NEEDS to be in the CSV? Like if I don't put ratings will it randomize them?

3A) If I don't want to stat out fictional characters is the best bet to just change the names of existing players in the database?

3B) What happens if players don't have a debut year? Does that really matter? Especially if I want the drafts to pull from all the characters randomly.

3C) Alternatively, if I decide I want certain players to be drafted together in the same class, I suppose I just put them at the same draft class and make sure I start a historical league before then?

That should be enough to attempt to figure out tonight. Any blogs/resources/documentiation on how the software actually works in this regard would be very much appreciated.
