Question

I just bought the game 2 weeks ago on Steam. I am having the same problem, despite the fact that I have an AMD R9 270x, which, according to their website, supports GPL 4.3 so it should be able to handle the game's 3D & FaceGen capabilities. Can anyone give me a hand on what I can do to alleviate this problem? Here are the troubleshooting steps I have tried: 1. Updating my video card drivers 2. Running the game as an admin 3. Running the game in Compatibility mode for Windows 7 & disabling display scaling on high settings in the game executable's compatibility tab in its properties menu 4. Running the game in Safe Mode with Networking support None of those steps above solved the problem.

OpenGL 1.4

I've been running OOTP18 since last March without a problem (3D, FaceGen) then I received this message the other day "OOTP 18 requires OpenGL 1.4 or newer. Your system does not meet the requirement."
My drivers are all updated. No Windows or other updates were done since I last opened the game.
I've attached the graphics information.
