Error 181

I am currently getting Error 181 when trying to load one of the team files for an online league. The error displays as "Team file has been loaded from the server, but not imported. The error code is 181: Unknown error" when trying to load it.

Does anyone know what this error actually means? I am having the person redo their file but it would be nice to know what the error is actually for.

I know this is almost three years old, but it looks like this error is caused when the GM has turned a player into a coach and put a contract offer on that coach but the Commissioners files do not have that player as a coach and they try to load that GM's file.
