DSL Rules
When trying to move players to one of my DSL teams I get a message I can't due to DSL rules. I've looked all through the league settings but I can't seem to find this rule. How do I turn this off so I can move any player to one of my DSL teams?

DSL is for non draft elligible players so you will not be able to transfer players who were at one point elligible for the draft to these teams. These are mainly amateur IFA, professional IFA, scouting discoveries and players bought from independant leagues if that player was not draft elligible.

The settings that keep draft-eligible players out are --
In the "Leagues & Teams" tab: Region is set to "Inter-Continental - DSL Qualified". In the "Rules" tab: Foreign Players Limit is set to "No Foreigners Allowed". |

DSL is supposed to be a sort of pre-rookie level for non-drafted players and if good enough they get invited to stateside rookie complex leagues or if really good jump straight to A ball. I'm pretty sure it's a one way trip and if they don't make it when stateside they just end up washing out. OOTP doesn't mimic that very well and will send down players back to DSL.
