Bring Da Ruckus: Willowbrook Warriors Weekly

15-9 in July. Missed our target by 2 Wins. Had Cloud City not won 12 in a row i probably would have kept the team together as is and seen what would happen. With the trades i made it gives us young controllable talent. Not all of the players acquired will be a warrior next year but many will have a role. i have a ton of depth, especially in the IF. Here are the guys on the team and the postions they can play.

1b - Billy Heywood, Milan Cubrilovic, Joe Cottoneye, April Duncan, Dino Flintstone, Curt Bauer

2b - Pat Clinch, April Duncan, Milan Cubrilovic, Mang Jiang, Joe Cottoneye, Luis Toro

3b - Mang Jiang, Billy Heywood, April Duncan, Milan Cubrilovic, Joe Cottoneye

SS - Jose Toro, Milan Cubrilovic, Joe Cottoneye, Mang Jiang, April Duncan
with that being said, the plan is for Anna Lournikova to be the OD SS in 2033.

Bring Da Ruckus: Willowbrook Warriors Weekly

August schedule will be tough. We play a lot of games in a row twice. on the positive side we play 17 of 27 games at home. Our 10 road games are all vs division opponents. We see Metropolis for the only time this season, Styrper for 3, then the last 3 of our rivalry series vs Alderaan. Go on the road to GC, ATS & PON. 6 at home vs 2 divison leaders in BC & EC then finish up the month vs Skywalker.

Best case i am hoping for 15 wins but 12 is more realistic.

Offensively, many players struggled but players who did well were Rubble, Clinch, Bauer, Flintstone & Cottoneye.

Back end of the bullpen was great as always. i dont really have a great reason for not using Hernadez or Hayani more often. Frog & Self were amazing. Zaloumi & Braxton were really bad.

Player Spotlight
SP Flavio Roncalli R/R Flavio was been solid for the last 2 seasons and since i needed a good #5, i wanted to give hima shot. Toby Franklin is still on my radar but is banged up right nowe so for now Flavio is on the team.

Player Spotlight
3b Mang Jiang L/R Mang was acquired in the Raphael Coffey trade and since coming to Endor hit 35 HR with 102 RBI. i hate to pull him away from Pippen but i need to see what he can do. i have Guillermo Silva at AAA but he only hit .203 in 100 or so AB with Ford. i could move Heywood back to 3b but i want him to win a GG at 1b.

SS Milan Cubrilovic R/R Milan is an excellent defensive middle If. i am not sold that he is a starter but i want to see what he can do. He will start vs LHP while Toro will start vs RHP,

LF Damon Thomas L/R i was very high on Damon when I drafted him but he has struggled in the minor until this season. He is similar to Curt Bauer. Good average corner Of with some speed and good arm.

Next Series: Metropolis Supermen

3 games vs Supermen

They are a good team/ Led by Cf Clark Kent, 2b Jubilee & SS Peter Parker. They lost 1b keith Bradsdhaw for teh season which may cost them the division. The key to beating them is staying away from their Su & CL. The Penguin is probably just a 1 yr rental but if they make the playoffs, they could be dangerous.

Next Series: Stryper Red Devils

3 games vs Red Devils.
We are 3-0 vs Stryper this season.

The Red Devils have some talented players on offense but lack any solid SP. their pen is solid especially the back end. Larry Foster is the favorite for MVP and he could be the 1st MVP to not be on a playoff team in several years.
