Do not stop the evolution of the league just a button to change the structure of conference and division every 1st of July would be a good idea because it is often the arrangement of the divisions that cause us problem not the league evolution.

That probably won't be happening this year; being able to selectively turn on or off parts of historical league evolution will be a complicated process. The only exception I can possibly see is allowing the yearly settings for goals/game, etc. to continue when editing is turned on, since that doesn't interact directly with any of the other evolution aspects.
