Full MLB/MiLB Uniform Project

Hey, everyone!

I have been thinking about starting this project for the longest time, and with the whole minor league shakeup going on this offseason and the overall size decreasing, I figured now would be the best time to start. For anyone wondering what this project will accomplish, I'll be remaking all MLB and MiLB uniforms 100% accurately, complete with manufacturer logos, jersey/sponsor/memorial/anniversary patches, everything. The default logos are great, but I thought I'd offer another option for people who might like the added detail.

Back in April I completed the 2020 MLB uniforms that you can find here, to give you all an idea of what to expect.

Also, if anyone has any jersey scripts of minor league teams that would be very much appreciated, as some (ex. the Charlotte Knights' road jersey script) are very difficult to find.

I appreciate the offer, but I'll be remaking every team using my personal template to keep the styling the same. If you have any individual logos, though, that would be amazing!

Ill be starting with 2021, and I'll update it at the beginning of every new season.

I am in the process of updating my Onedrive, which includes a logo folder and has a folder of only wordmarks. I am sure you will be able to find quite a few in there. Hopefully I will get it updated tonight.

Just looked at your MLB stuff, and will say I'm very excited by the idea of you doing all the minor league stuff as well. Your attention to detail makes your work so much better than what ships with the game!

Happy to share my "uniform database" that I am currently working on. Have compiled uniforms from many people, which are credited in a readme.

It's FAR from complete, but incorporates most (if not all) of the MiLB changes for 2021.

TBH I just got a PS5 on Christmas Day and have basically spent all my free time on that so far. Ill probably start soon on it and then REALLY get going in the summer when all the teams are confirmed and uniforms are official.

If you want i can send over my cap template so theyre all consistent.

I just simply use the Online cap generator since it allows me to easily insert the Manufacturer's Mark http://www.ootputilities.com/capmaker/, but I appreciate the offer

Just an update for everyone.

MLB uniforms are done, as there werent any changes from 2020, aside from some sleeve patch updates. Currently working on Minor Leagues now, and I have jerseys for Arizona's and Washington's affiliates done.

Just a note on the minor league uniforms though, they will NOT be 100% accurate, but as accurate as possible with a personal touch to them. It's been pretty difficult to find road jersey scripts for some teams, so all minor league teams will just utilize the nickname on both home and road jerseys, unless I can find a city name logo for them. Teams will also have a logo patch on the right sleeve for their parent club.

Appreciate all the work you're doing. I have no problem with the personal touches - I think you've earned that right.

In the process of uploading MLB to my dropbox. Then ill be splitting time between Minor League uniforms and 2021 Holiday and Throwback uniforms for MLB.

Just a quick question for everyone interested in my project. Would y'all rather have uniforms complete with numbers on them or w/o? If yes, I'd be including versions with the team's most notable retired number and another version with 42 on them for Jackie Robinson Day. W/o would mean no numbers whatsoever (and Jackie Robinson Day uniforms would only feature the patch).


EDIT: MLB jerseys with without numbers have been uploaded with the links in post #2. If there's interest for number versions of the jerseys, I can include those as well when they're done.

I've never had unis with numbers on them before so I'd probably prefer w/o.

But will accept your final decision either way.

Yessir! The link to the jerseys and caps are in the 2nd post in this thread, and the "dropbox" hyperlink in my signature. Those jerseys are without numbers as its the standard here, however ive experimented with putting numbers on them in the past and thought it filled them out a bit better, so i thought id ask in case people wanted them that way.

Great - given there are no 2021 changes I might hang off until you fill up the minors then grab it all at the one time.

I like a mix of jerseys with and without #'s. Anything with 42 i would use most likely.
