What's Fo stand for on starting rotation?
I added a pitcher to rotation, his name has a (Fo) after it, and he's listed as a RP as well. Any idea?

Figured it out already.
Says lists him as a follower. How does that work?

This is my sim league. I guess it picks a random reliever to start then goes to him?

Correct. Teams that decide to use "openers" have players designated as "followers". That player will come in after the opener. I don't believe it's "random" though. Teams can designate an opener and follower.
